Precision Wraps “Full Custom Car Wrap” Sweepstakes — Official Rules

1) Sponsor. Precision Wraps, 529 College Highway, Southwick, MA [01077].

2) Eligibility (Business). Open to legal residents of MA or CT, 18+, entering on behalf of a business with authority to bind that business (owner/officer/authorized manager). Vehicle must be owned or leased by the business (no rentals). If leased/financed, written authorization from title holder/lienholder is required before install. Void where prohibited.

3) How to Enter (Business Info).

• Free Online Entry: submit the form at [URL] with: Contact Name, Business Name, Business Email, Phone, City/State, Vehicle Year/Make/Model (or “fleet mix”), and checkbox “I’m authorized to approve vehicle graphics for this business.”

• AMOE: Limit 1 base entry per business (duplicates consolidated). Optional bonus entries (max 3): follow @PrecisionWraps (IG or FB) or Precision Wraps on LinkedIn (1), tag another local business (1), share the post (1). No purchase necessary.

• ​

4) Prize/ARV (Commercial). One (1) grand prize: Commercial Vehicle Wrap for one business vehicle, ARV up to $9,000. Includes design consult (brand compliance), print, and install with premium film. Excludes bodywork/rust remediation, hardware/glass removal, aftermarket disassembly, and pre-existing damage remediation. Oversize/complex vehicles (e.g., box trucks, buses, long vans, high-roof sprinters, trailers, tankers) may exceed ARV; winner may apply the $9,000 credit toward a higher-value wrap or choose a smaller scope (e.g., partial wrap). Non-transferable, no cash value. Scheduling within 30 days of verification; vehicle must be clean and available at our shop. Any required permits/regulatory markings (e.g., USDOT) are winner’s responsibility.

5) Notification. Winner contacted via business email/phone/DM; must respond within 72 hours, sign an authorization form confirming rights to brand assets, and provide any required landlord/lienholder approvals.

6) Taxes. Prize may be reported on an IRS 1099-MISC issued to the business or individual winner, as applicable. Winner responsible for taxes/fees.

7) Publicity. Winner permits Sponsor to photograph/video the wrap process and finished vehicle (incl. business name/logo) for marketing.

8) General. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend if fraud/technical failure impairs integrity, and may disqualify any person who tampers or violates these Rules.

9) Release. By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor, and acknowledge this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta/Instagram/Facebook.
